Issue No. 31
Smarter document edits
The AI now makes large, multi-step document edits in a single pass - and shows its work every step of the way.
Following the editor rebuild, the AI’s document editing has taken a big step up.
Bigger edits, in one pass
The AI can now carry out large, multi-step edits in a single pass rather than breaking them into repeated round-trips. Complex changes are faster and more reliable, and edits are style-aware, so formatting, block styles, and highlighting all come out right.
See exactly what changed
Every change the AI makes is recorded in a trace you can scroll through. Click any entry and the editor jumps to that block and briefly highlights it, so you can follow precisely what happened and where.
Cleaner tracked changes in Word
- AI redlines are clearly attributed to Parachute, so it’s obvious at a glance what the AI changed.
- Each suggestion you apply lands as a single, clean tracked change, and respects your document’s existing Track Changes setting.
Also in this release
- Multiple documents from one precedent. The AI can produce several documents from a single precedent in one request, kept separate across a session.
