Share a matter
Matters are private by default, and you can now share them with colleagues at the access level you choose.
Matters now have proper sharing and permissions.
Private by default
Every matter is private by default, and the people who can manage it are limited to its author and your admins. Firm members are added as matter members automatically, and they’re notified - with a deep link straight to the matter - when they’re added.
Share at the right level
- Share a matter with colleagues and assign each person a viewer or editor role.
- Control visibility thread by thread, keeping individual threads shared or private.
- Decide whether matters in your organisation default to public or private access.
Also in this release
- Scanned PDFs in tabular review. Image-based documents now work in tabular review, with OCR handled automatically.
- Favourite a matter. Star the matters you use most to pin them to the top of your list and the sidebar.
- Faster all round. A round of performance work makes moving around Parachute feel noticeably snappier.
