Help, without leaving Parachute
Support is now built right into the app. Reach our team from wherever you are in Parachute, without switching to email or hunting for a contact form.
Refer a firm, both sides win
The referral programme is live. Any member of a firm can send an invite, and when a referred firm signs up, both firms receive an account credit.
Give each matter its own instructions
Matters now have Instructions: standing directions the AI follows every time it works on that matter. Set the client’s preferred terminology, the tone for correspondence, formatting conventions, or any context the AI should always keep in mind - just once - and Parachute applies it to every draft and answer, so you’re not repeating yourself in each prompt.
