We’ve replaced our tiered pricing plans with something simpler. One plan, pay for the seats you use, and a free trial so you can try everything before you commit.
One plan, no tiers
The old Basic, Pro, and Platinum tiers are gone. Every new organisation gets the full Parachute experience on a single Standard plan. No feature gates, no upsell prompts, no wondering whether the thing you need is on a higher tier.
Pay per seat
You pay a base fee for your organisation plus a per-seat cost for each team member. Add someone, your bill goes up by a predictable amount. Remove someone, it goes down. When you invite a new team member, the dialog shows exactly what the cost impact will be before you confirm.
14-day free trial
New organisations start with a 14-day trial with full access. No credit card required upfront. A countdown in the sidebar keeps you informed, and when the trial ends, you add a payment method to continue.
New billing page
The account billing page has been rebuilt to show your plan, trial status, and subscription details in one place. Existing customers on the old plans won’t see any changes - your current plan and pricing stay exactly as they are.
